The Germany-based Testbiotech group - Institute of Independent Impact Assessment on Biotechnology - has recently published a report on the future of genetically engineered organisms, new synthetic genome technologies and the planned free trade agreement TTIP in which they also mention "Synthetic genome technologies" (page 25-28).
