Biofaction is organising a "science kitchen" workshop on questions of standardisation in the food industry. Set up in Kochstudio Sigmundsgasse 8, 1070 Vienna, the participants will learn about hidden tricks and processes and (literally) get a taste of the different methods and ingredients used to produce food.
