Herrenhausen Symposium: Genome Editing for Gene and Cell Therapy

Nature Medicine and the Volkswagen Foundation organise a so-called 'Herrenhausen Symposium' on therapeutic uses of genome editing. Responding to the strong interest in the application of genome editing methods to treat human diseases, the conference seeks to bring together experts from diverse scientific communities to discuss possibilities for collaborating and identifying and overcoming existing scientific, clinical and regulatory hurdles. 

Registration is possible until October 4, 2016.

Abstracts can be submitted for consideration for presenting short talks and posters by August 1, 2016, 6:00 p.m. EST.  Decisions will be sent in mid-August.
